Projects with the Commission at burial sites in Ukraine are currently being undertaken with regard to the following sites.

Dymer
As part of a Commission project, Lo Tishkach placed a memorial stone to Holocaust victims at the site of the cemetery in Dymer. Expansion of this project will see fencing for the whole cemetery site, enhancing the security of the monument and the cemetery itself.

Pavlovo
The restoration and memorialisation of the Pavlovo Jewish cemetery includes a new periphery fence and entrance gates, as well as scheduled maintenance of the site twice a year.
In June, Lo Tishkach received confirmation from the Pavlovo village council chairman that they are keen to cooperate with the project of fencing the site.

Tarashcha Mass Grave II and Brovary Jewish Cemetery
New inscribed memorials will be established at these sites during the coming months. The works planned include Demarcation and clearing of vegetation.

Lev Shpilsky, vice Council Chair of the EAJC, is Lo-Tishkach’s local coordinator of these restoration projects.
